Foreigner Information Desk Operation: Dedicated information desk in the Foreigner Lounge (providing language assistance,Lounge , coffee, tea, etc., services).
March Season Open: March 1st – March 14th Please note that not all slopes are open during the March season. High1 has a total of 16 slopes, but approximately 3 to 4 slopes will be operational during this period.

- Strict Punctuality for Shuttle: Please arrive at the designated meeting point ahead of time. The bus departs strictly on schedule, and no refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
- No Last-Minute Changes: Alterations to the tour date, options, or schedule cannot be made on the day of the tour or 1 day prior to departure.
[Helmet Policy & Premium Rental Shop]
- Mandatory Helmet Policy: Wearing a helmet is strictly mandatory at High1 Resort. While free basic helmets are available on-site at the resort, we highly recommend upgrading for hygiene and safety.
- Our Partner Rental Shop: The designated rental shop you will visit provides brand-new 2026-season premium equipment for the ultimate comfort and style.
Peringatan
Sekurang-kurangnya 6 peserta diperlukan untuk tur bertolak. Jika bilangan peserta tidak mencukupi, tur akan dibatalkan. E-mel pembatalan akan dihantar 3 hari sebelum tarikh berlepas

The drop-off location is the same as the pick-up location, and changes are not allowed on the day of the tour; if you wish to change the drop-off location, please inform your guide or our customer service team in advance.
Valley Condo Lift is available for free (All other Lifts & Gondolas are NOT available / If you wish to use other lifts, you must purchase a Lift Pass & Gondola Ticket on-site).

- Pembatalan tidak dibenarkan antara 0–1 hari dari tarikh dipilih. Pesanan tidak boleh dibatalkan atau diubah, dan tiada pemulangan wang.
- Disebabkan perbezaan zon waktu, tarikh pembatalan yang disahkan adalah berdasarkan waktu tempatan pembekal. Sila beri 2–5 hari bekerja untuk memproses permintaan pembatalan anda, selepas itu yuran pembatalan akan dikenakan mengikut polisi pembatalan produk. Setelah pembatalan disahkan, anda akan menerima pemulangan wang dalam 14 hari bekerja.
