The craft workshops and some other facilities are closed during the winter. Winter tours may be suspended depending on weather and snow conditions. This tour is strictly for snow play, not for professional skiing. Professional ski equipment and snowboards (iron or aluminum) are not permitted.
Each person is limited to one carry-on bag and one suitcase. If you require additional large luggage, please purchase a luggage plan (2,000 yen per piece) and contact customer service in advance or specify this in the reservation notes.
During your trip, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safely. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
This tour does not accept individual registrations from passengers under the age of 18. If you wish to participate, a guardian must register with you.
