Useful Tips
Rental Shop Guide for Shuttle Bus Passengers:
Guests using our round-trip shuttle bus service will conveniently pick up gear and put on ski wear at our designated partner rental shop.
(Guests using personal transportation are free to prepare gear at the resort or any location of their choice.)
Gloves & Neck Warmers Required:
Due to hygiene regulations, ski gloves and neck warmers cannot be rented on-site and are available for purchase only. Please bring your own or purchase them at the venue!
Safety Gear Recommendation:
For a safe and enjoyable experience, we strongly recommend that beginners rent safety gear, such as hip/knee protective pads and helmets.
Important Notice
1. Be On Time for the Shuttle Bus:
Please arrive at the designated meeting point in advance. Buses depart strictly on time, and refunds or date changes are not available in cases of late arrival or no-show.
2. No Schedule Changes:
Options or tour dates cannot be changed 1 day prior to departure or on the day of the tour.
3. Weather-Related Cancellations:
Resort operations may be restricted or tours canceled due to severe weather conditions. Full refunds will be provided if the provider issues an official cancellation notice in advance.
4. Self-Guided Tour Guidelines:
This is a self-guided tour with no guide accompanying you. Please present the mobile voucher sent before departure at the ticket office and designated rental shop to exchange for tickets and equipment before enjoying your trip freely.
(Note: This excludes customers who selected the shuttle bus option, where staff/bus arrangements apply).

Please note that the schedule may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.
The drop-off location is the same as the pick-up location, and changes are not allowed on the day of the tour; if you wish to change the drop-off location, please inform your guide or our customer service team in advance.
Shuttle Bus: Please arrive on time for the scheduled shuttle departure. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals.
Weather-Related Cancellations: In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the tour may be canceled. A full refund will be provided if prior notice is given.
Facility Closures: Facilities may be closed due to weather, festivals, or maintenance. In such cases, same-day refunds are not available.
Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in this tour. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in advance.
Safety & Equipment: Skiing is an outdoor sport with potential injury risks. Travelers are advised to bring their own cold-weather and waterproof ski gloves, helmets, knee pads, and hip protectors. If you don’t have them, items can be purchased or rented on-site.
Minimum age: 3 years old (36 months and above can use ski facilities)
Children under 36 months are not allowed.
Children aged 37 months to 7 years must be accompanied by a guardian or take a 1:1 private lesson.
Unaccompanied use of lifts or facilities may be restricted for children under 7.
Visit the designated Phoenix front desk according to your reservation (reservation confirmation email will be provided).
Proceed to the front desk matching your booked option.
Collect the paper ticket at the front desk, then present the paper coupon at the main ticket office to exchange it for the actual ticket.
