Useful Tips
Rental Shop Access for Shuttle Passengers: Guests using our official round-trip shuttle bus can conveniently rent gear and change into ski suits at our designated partner rental shop. (If you are traveling by your own transportation, you are free to arrange your gear independently at the resort or any rental shop of your choice.)
Bring Your Own Gloves & Neck Warmers: Due to hygiene regulations, ski gloves and neck warmers are available for purchase only (not for rental). We highly recommend bringing your own or purchasing them on-site!
Safety First: For a safe and fun skiing experience, protective gear (hip & knee pads) and helmets are strongly recommended, especially for beginners.
Important Notice
Strict Punctuality for Shuttle: Please arrive at the designated meeting point ahead of time. The bus will depart strictly on schedule, and no refunds or date changes will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
No Last-Minute Changes: Alterations to the tour date, options, or schedule cannot be made on the day of the tour or 1 day prior to departure.
Cancellation due to Weather: In the event of extreme or adverse weather conditions, resort operations may be restricted, or the tour may be canceled for your safety. If the operator cancels the tour in advance, a full refund will be issued.
Self-Guided Tour Guidelines: This is a self-guided package without an accompanying tour guide. Simply present your mobile voucher at the designated ticket office or rental shop to redeem your tickets and gear, then enjoy your time freely.
(Note: This step does not apply to the registration process at the rental shop if you purchased the shuttle bus package, as you will be guided there directly).

Please note that the schedule may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.
The drop-off location is the same as the pick-up location, and changes are not allowed on the day of the tour; if you wish to change the drop-off location, please inform your guide or our customer service team in advance.
Shuttle Bus: Please arrive on time for the scheduled shuttle departure. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals.
Weather-Related Cancellations: In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the tour may be canceled. A full refund will be provided if prior notice is given.
Facility Closures: Facilities may be closed due to weather, festivals, or maintenance. In such cases, same-day refunds are not available.
Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in this tour. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in advance.
Safety & Equipment: Skiing is an outdoor sport with potential injury risks. Travelers are advised to bring their own cold-weather and waterproof ski gloves, helmets, knee pads, and hip protectors. If you don’t have them, items can be purchased or rented on-site.
Minimum age: 3 years old (36 months and above can use ski facilities)
Children under 36 months are not allowed.
Children aged 37 months to 7 years must be accompanied by a guardian or take a 1:1 private lesson.
Unaccompanied use of lifts or facilities may be restricted for children under 7.
Visit the designated Phoenix front desk according to your reservation (reservation confirmation email will be provided).
Proceed to the front desk matching your booked option.
Collect the paper ticket at the front desk, then present the paper coupon at the main ticket office to exchange it for the actual ticket.
