• Reward Claim Process

1. This reward will be sent to the email address you provided in your KKday booking. You will receive an email informing you of your food panda activation process. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your business account.
2. If you already have a business account with this email address, please confirm that you have subscribed to pandapro. If your business account already has a pandapro subscription, this reward cannot be claimed repeatedly or accumulatively (no additional rewards will be issued)
3. Activation emails will be sent according to the list of eligible participants, and will be sent no later than August 7, 2026 to the email addresses provided by eligible participants

• Activation Period: pandapro's  activation period is calculated from the actual activation date. For example, if activated on July 15th, it will last for 2 months until September 15th. Once this reward is earned, the latest activation date is September 30th, 2026.

• Have Fun In Kansai Pass: Choose and use any 3 facilities from the available options included in the Have Fun In Kansai Pass.

• Premium A (Select Any 2): Choose any two facilities from Zone A.
  Included Facilities: Universal Studios Japan 1-Day Studio Pass, Selected Popcorn Bucket (Requires redemption 1 day in advance), Universal Studios Japan Universal Express Pass for 1 designated attraction, and other premium selections.
  * Available Express Pass Attractions (Choose 1): Despicable Me Minion Mayhem (Minion Park), Hollywood Dream - The Ride (Hollywood Area), The Flying Dinosaur (Jurassic Park), or Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey (The Wizarding World of Harry Potter).
  * Notice: Starting July 1, 2026, the JR Kansai Area Pass 1-Day Ticket has transitioned from a physical ticket to the "WEST QR" version. Please note that the routes covered by the WEST QR version differ from the physical ticket version. For details, please check the official website.
  * Universal Studios Japan Power-Up Band™ / Power Star Popcorn Bucket Redemption Voucher. — Usage Process —

1. Download the Travel Contents app and link your tickets. For linking instructions, please refer to the redemption guides available in Traditional Chinese / Simplified Chinese / English / Korean.
2. View your tickets under the “E-Ticket” section, tap “Activate Ticket”, and select your 7-day usage period. Once selected, the dates cannot be changed.
3. Choose 3 facilities from the Have Fun In Kansai Pass, then select your preferred options from Premium A / B. Tap “Redeem”, choose your visit date, and complete ticket issuance.
