The Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Festival is a representative winter festival held every year in Hwacheon, Gangwon-do. Eobi Ice Valley is a perfect winter destination, known for its majestic ice walls and clear valley scenery. A 25-meter-high ice wall forms along the stream flowing from Mt. Eobi, creating a stunning natural sculpture that can only be seen in winter. With wooden walking paths and photo spots, it’s a popular place for taking memorable pictures. Especially from the bridge, the view of the ice wall offers a breathtaking winter landscape.
