3. The number of people allowed in may be limited when crowded. (Maximum 30 people)
4. You need to use the stairs to go to the observation facility. (40 steps up, 80 steps down)
   Preschool children (including infants) or those who cannot climb stairs on their own are not allowed to use this facility.
