Day Calculation Method: The count begins when you arrive in the travel country, turn on data roaming, and successfully connect to the internet. Days are calculated based on Taiwan time (GMT+8) calendar, with each day ending at midnight Taiwan time, not in 24-hour increments.

Do not scan other QR codes without authorization to cause repeated binding and esim invalidation.

Unscanned eSIMs can be kept for up to 180 days. Once scanned, the eSIM must be activated within 30 days; after this period, it will automatically expire and cannot be refunded or extended.

Please delete the description file on iPhone (check steps: Settings -> General -> Device Management, scroll to the bottom, if there is no description file, it means it is normal) to avoid problems with smooth use.

If the eSIM plan is not fully used or the plan is deleted without the approval of the customer service staff, no reissue or refund will be made.
