This is a fixed-route charter service designed to provide you with a comfortable and convenient in-depth travel experience in Japan.
Please read the following service details and precautions carefully before making a reservation:

1) Product Fee Description: This product includes a private car rental service for a 2-5 day group tour. Service scope covers: Private vehicle fee, professional driver/guide service fee, fuel cost, highway tolls, parking fees, and other travel-related expenses. ※ The fee does not include personal expenses such as accommodation, meals, and attraction tickets, nor does it include hotel or restaurant reservation services.

2) Driver Accommodation Allowance: As the driver and guide will be accompanying the group throughout the trip and will need to stay overnight, the guest will need to subsidize the driver's accommodation expenses at 8,000 yen per night. This fee will be collected from the guest by the driver in cash at the end of the trip. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

3) Daily service hours: 10 hours between 07:00 and 21:00 (Overtime service fee/late night service fee of 2,000 yen/hour will be charged for services exceeding 10 hours or outside of these hours).

4) Drivers can speak Japanese/Mandarin Chinese and will provide brief explanations in the vehicle, but will not accompany the driver into the scenic area.

5) Route-related: This product is basically a fixed itinerary, but if you need to temporarily change the route and exceed the daily mileage limit of 350 kilometers, an additional fee will be charged. For each additional kilometer, an additional fee of 350 yen will be charged. Please pay the driver in cash on site.

6) Due to periodic closures, the attractions at Kamikochi and Kurobe Tateyama are only open during the summer and autumn seasons.
