Free round-trip pick-up is provided for hotels in the Old Town, Night Bazaar, and Nimmanhemin areas.
Pick-up will proceed in the Old Town and Night Bazaar areas first, followed by the Nimmanhemin area.
For hotels located in the outskirts, a pick-up/drop-off surcharge will apply, which can be paid directly to the guide.
As this is a join-in tour, if you are not at the hotel lobby at the scheduled time, the tour may depart without prior notice to avoid delays.
If the tour departs without you due to a late arrival at the meeting point, no refund will be provided.
Pick-up is available for guesthouses or private residences located within Chiang Mai city, provided the exact address is given.
Please ensure you provide the accurate name and address of your accommodation for pick-up/drop-off purposes.
The vehicle used is a Toyota Commuter van; luggage cannot be stored inside the vehicle, and child seats are not provided.

Although the age is listed as an option, adults, children, and infants are categorized locally based on height, so if your height is 121cm or taller, you should reserve as an adult, if your height is under 121cm, you should reserve as a child, and if you are 3 years old or younger, you should reserve as an infant.
