• Passengers must be ages 16 and above. Passengers below 16 years old require a parent or a guardian to sign and consent to the Terms and Conditions prior to boarding
• Passengers weighing more than 250 pounds (113 kg) will incur a surcharge of US$99 for an additional seat
• Requests for refunds or rescheduling will not be granted if you miss your tour due to personal reasons
• Please indicate your preferred session when booking. In case your preferred session is fully booked, we will apply for the subsequent session. If other session times do not meet your requirements, you can choose to reschedule or get a full refund
