A brewery & restaurant standing on the cliff of a valley
Inside the building, where Arabian architecture blends with Meiji-era Western-style architecture, glass lamps from the Ottoman Empire palace hang from a 10-meter high ceiling. Arabian and Mediterranean dishes are served on copper and brass tableware. Enjoy directly imported ancient variety Georgian and Greek wines, as well as craft beers and gins brewed on-site that revive historical recipes from around the world. A dazzling world of diverse cultures and extraordinary experiences awaits you.
We offer dishes made with produce from our own farms or locally grown. Or dishes that embody the history of global food culture using spices and produce imported from all over the world. We offer Staub dishes, ancient wheat bread baked in our own bakery, coffee made from carefully selected beans roasted in-house, and other unique dishes that are not only delicious but also tasteful, which are unique to CARVAAN.
We have a selection of wines imported directly from Georgia, Lebanon, and Greece. These wines are made from grapes from special lands that have been cultivated throughout history, and have been loved throughout the ages. We also offer our own craft beer. The beer from CARVAAN Brewery is a masterpiece that has won 30 medals in the four years since its establishment.
A dessert originating from Beirut that represents the white snow that falls on the Lebanon Mountains, made with gelato and ghazal elbaneh, an Arab cotton candy.
CARVAAN Hanno Main Store is located about an hour from the city center, in a special place nestled on a cliff in a valley. The surrounding deciduous broadleaf forest and the murmuring of the river provide natural healing to visitors. A moment spent under the stars shining in the night sky and moonlight is a blissful time that makes you forget your daily life. The cries of black kites and the graceful flight of herons also create an extraordinary experience.

- ＜About Dinner Time Operations＞ Dinner time is intended for adults to enjoy drinks and cuisine; therefore, children under junior high school age are not permitted to enter after 17:00. No children under 12 years of age in dinner time. Dinner time is by reservation only. Please note that the restaurant may close if there are no reservations by the previous day. 〈About Seating〉 We cannot accept requests for specific seats. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, or if you are bringing a stroller or wheelchair, please indicate this in the remarks section. Please note that seating is limited to a 2-hour duration.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide assistance to the best of our ability, but we cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
