We cut each piece carefully in our store, wanting to provide our customers with fresh meat. By pursuing the best way to cut the meat that tastes the best when you put it in your mouth, we bring out the best flavor in the yakiniku. We cut differently for each cut, and we pay attention to even the millimeter of thickness. We spare no effort to provide you with fresh and delicious meat.
