Post-tour airport transfer: Flights departing after 20:30 local time are preferred; Price: AUD 45 per person, minimum of two people, additional AUD 10 per person for third people and above; accommodation outside Apollo Bay area: AUD 30 per stay. Specific meeting point and time will be notified in advance!

Reminders

  • This tour requires a minimum of 6 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, we will contact you 3 days prior to departure to cancel your booking and provide a full refund.

  • If you have large luggage, each passenger is limited to one suitcase (not exceeding 25 inches).

  • This itinerary does not include accommodation; we recommend booking accommodation in Apollo Bay.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 12 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–11 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
