One day before the trip, our company will inform the guests of the tour guide information, license plate number and departure time of the next day by SMS (limited to Australian mobile phone numbers). If the guest does not have an Australian phone number, please contact our company in advance to obtain travel information.
2. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation for itinerary changes, delays or cancellations caused by transportation damage, strikes, accidents, weather or other force majeure factors.
3. It is recommended that tourists purchase travel insurance on their own; if a tourist misses the trip due to late arrival, the fee will not be refunded. Therefore, it is necessary to arrange another vehicle, and the cost incurred shall be borne by the tourist.
4. English tour group: We provide door-to-door pick-up service for some hotels in the city. Please contact customer service for specific pick-up information.

This trip requires 4 people to form a group. If the group is not formed, we will contact you 3 days before the trip to cancel the order and refund the full amount.
If you have large luggage, each passenger is limited to 1 suitcase
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 31 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–10 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
