The private hot spring rooms feature a minimalist design with a semi-open, high-ceiling space, allowing you to enjoy 120 minutes of exclusive access to Suao's year-round constant-temperature cold and hot springs, accompanied by local Yilan snacks for the ultimate bathing experience.

- Starting January 1, 2025, to comply with government regulations and promote environmental protection, the room will no longer provide disposable amenities in guest rooms. These amenities include toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, shower caps, razors, shaving foam, and children's toiletries. Large bottles of Italian MOSCHINO shampoo and body wash will still be available in the bathhouses for your peace of mind.
- Consumers will purchase hot spring bathing house tickets through the KKday platform. After the purchase is completed, please call to make a reservation.
- This hot spring voucher is valid on both weekdays and holidays; it is not valid during the Lunar New Year holiday. (The definition of weekdays and holidays and the Lunar New Year holiday period will be subject to hotel announcements.)
- This hot spring room ticket is for two people. If you need to add another person, each person will be charged an additional fee of NT$800 + 10%. Each hot spring room can only accommodate a maximum of two people.
- Hot spring house opening hours: 12:00~21:00, every additional half hour will be charged $800+10%, and if it exceeds 10 minutes, it will be calculated as half an hour.
- Hot springs can be booked in advance to ensure the right to use.

Reminders
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Pregnant women
Please wash your body thoroughly before bathing in the hot spring
Please hydrate your body before and after bathing in the hot spring
Guests with pregnancy, reduced mobility, elders, and children should avoid bathing alone
Please take a brief rest after strenuous walking or high-intensity workout before bathing in the hot spring
For health concerns, each bath should be no longer than 15 mins and the total bath time should be under 1 hr
Guests are recommended to bathe their feet first, then lower body, and lastly full body, please keep the water level below your heart at all times
If you have any physical discomforts, please press the emergency button by the hot spring, the on-site staff will provide assistance immediately
