  • This tour is a join tour.
  • The minimum number of participants is 6. If there are no participants on the date you have reserved, we will notify you 3 days in advance.
  • Pick-up and tour information for the tour will be arranged the day before. We will contact you at 7:00 PM (local time) the day before.
  • Tipping is optional during the tour and does not affect the tour progress.
  • Luggage storage is available in the vehicle during the tour.
  • Lunch will be served at your own discretion within Bana Hills and is not included in the tour price.
  • You will be given about 3 hours of free time at Bana Hills. The meeting place and time will be provided by your guide before free time is given.
  • Bana Hills can be cold when the weather is cloudy. Please bring a coat depending on the weather.

Reminders

  • A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date

  • In case of an accident caused by personal negligence, etc., the guide may not be able to provide assistance.

  • We strongly recommend that you purchase personal travel insurance to prepare for any accidents that may occur while traveling abroad.

  • The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met.

  • Please be careful as it may be difficult to get your belongings back if you lose them during the tour.
