• This product does not include a "reservation service". To use it, you must call HOLO+FACE at least 3 days in advance (excluding the trial day) to make an appointment and inform them of the trial details.

• Please note that the invoice date is the same as the purchase date.

• Service time: Makeup and hair: 30 min | Photography: 15~30 min | Retouching: 30 min | Total service approximately 1.5 hours

• Pickup time: If the photo is taken before 18:00 on the same day, you can pick up your package in as little as 30 minutes after taking the photo (*the actual pickup location depends on the situation at the store).

• Finished product: Single-size retouched digital file + Single-size physical photo

• Photo output: Choose one size (6 1-inch ID photos / 6 2-inch ID photos / 2 US visa photos / 4 Thai visa photos).

[American Style Portrait - Package Details]

• Pickup time: As fast as 3 days after taking the photo (*actual pickup time depends on the store's availability).

• Finished product: Single-size retouched digital file + single-size physical photo. Photo output: Choose one size (2 3-inch photos / 1 6-inch photo).

• Background color: Choose one based on the solid color background paper used on site.

• Dress code: Students/retro style clothing is required (it is recommended to bring your own clothing and props; only basic shirts, jackets, and ties will be provided on-site).

• Customized makeup and hair: 90 min

• Makeup styling: meticulous skincare, refined base makeup, contouring, blush or American freckle makeup, targeted concealing.

• Eyebrow design: Custom eyebrow shaping and adjustment (including eyebrow trimming)

[About the service]

1. After purchasing from KKday, you must call a store to make an appointment. (Applicable stores: Huashan, Nanxi, Xiangshang)

2. "ID Photo Series": Same-day one-on-one retouching and pickup. If the appointment is after 18:00, you can wait for retouching at the store after 15:30 the next day (it is recommended to allow 1 hour). "Portrait Series": You can view the initial retouched file in the order area within 3 days after the shooting. You can go to the store or communicate with the online retoucher.

3. This product can only be purchased by the same person and with the same makeup and hair style.

4. Please be punctual for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule.

5. Shipping service available: $80 shipping fee, free domestic shipping on orders over $3,000.

6. Urgent processing service can be purchased as an add-on.

[About Clothing]

1. Our store offers basic formal suits; we recommend bringing your own clothing as needed.

2. When taking ID photos, please avoid wearing all-white, low/high neck, sleeveless, or similar tops.

[Regarding makeup and hair]

1. You can apply a moisturizing face mask the night before, and if your lips are dry, it is recommended to apply a thick layer of lip balm.

2. If allergic symptoms occur, it is recommended to reschedule.

3. For those with uneven hair color or gray hair, it is recommended to have the hair dyed evenly before scheduling a photoshoot.

4. Avoid cosmetic procedures (such as eyebrow embroidery or eyeliner embroidery) one week before the photoshoot.

5. If eyelashes are messy or sparse after eyelash transplantation, it is recommended to have them filled in.

6. If you are allergic to certain makeup products, please inform us in advance, and we recommend that you bring your own makeup products.

[About the filming]

◎ID photo

1. Eyebrows, ears, facial features and contours must be visible; showing teeth, wearing magnifying lenses, and photochromic lenses are prohibited.

2. For Taiwan Compatriot Travel Documents and certain important national documents, it is prohibited to wear jewelry or glasses.

◎Portrait/Photo Series

1. Each group is limited to one set of clothing and one background color. If a change is required, it will be purchased as a second set, and you must inform us in advance when making the reservation.

2. The shooting session will last approximately 40 minutes (including testing, shooting, and photo selection). The actual shooting time may be adjusted depending on the plan and additional purchases.

3. The photographer will confirm the style and requirements on the day of the shoot, and you are welcome to freely express your ideas.

4. The tent is equipped with partitions to protect privacy. Please inform us in advance if you have any special requirements.

5. Once a photo is selected, it cannot be changed. The original file will be kept for three days. If you need to select additional photos, please contact the counter staff.

[About photo editing]

1. If on-the-spot editing is possible, it is recommended to allow 60-90 minutes after shooting. If you are in a tight schedule, you can also use online editing.

2. Online photo retouching: Limited to 3 communications, with retouching to be completed within 30 days; alternatively, you can bring the "photo retouching card" to the store for retouching.

Once the photo is confirmed, the physical photo can be picked up at the original store within 30 days.

3. Photo editing allows you to adjust skin smoothing, blemish removal, face shape, body shape, stray hairs, and facial features. Personal features such as moles cannot be removed from ID photos.

(Digital makeup service can be added to the photoshoot if no makeup or hair is required.)

4. Retouching time: 1-3 photos: within 3 days | 4-5 photos: within 5 days | 6-10 photos: within 7 days | 11-20 photos: within 10 days | 21-30 photos: 14 days. For more than 30 photos or expedited service, please call our store.

5. If no response is received within 30 days, the order will be closed with the initial revised version without further notification.

6. Retouched files will be kept for 6 months. Please make a backup within this period. Retention after this period is not guaranteed. If you need to print again, please prepare an electronic copy.

▶Important Notes:

1. When purchasing the "ID Photo" package, please follow these guidelines for taking your photo:

• Do not wear contact lenses with enlarged pupils, photochromic lenses, earrings, necklaces, nose rings, or glasses. (If you need to wear glasses for the shoot, it is recommended that you bring your own clear contact lenses or glasses without lenses to avoid lens reflection.)

• No smiling with teeth showing.

• Eyebrows, ears, facial features and contours must be fully visible.

2. For those purchasing the "American Style Portrait" package, please coordinate with the clothing style:

• Students/retro style clothing is required for the photoshoot.

• We recommend bringing your own clothing and props. Only basic shirts, jackets, and ties will be provided on-site.
