We are a boat tour company located in Omi-Hachiman.
Enjoy a slow and relaxing ride on a hand-rowed boat through the maze-like reed fields that change their appearance with the seasons.
This is a healing journey where you can experience the great outdoors while being soothed by the sounds of birds and the wind.
 
While there are many water village tours across Japan, we take pride in the fact that Omi-Hachiman offers the best experience in the heart of nature.
Please enjoy the magnificent scenery and a relaxing time.
We offer private boats for groups and families, as well as popular scheduled shared boats for individuals or pairs.

Purchase Notice

This houseboat is a relaxing, peaceful and soothing boat suitable for all ages.

◆Please refrain from eating, drinking (bottled drinks are permitted) or smoking while on board.
◆You cannot specify the boarding location or size of the boat.
*Pets are not allowed on board, except for assistance dogs for the physically disabled. Pets are allowed on chartered boats.
◆Adults: high school graduates and above, Students: junior high school and high school students (please bring your student ID on the day), Children: elementary school students, etc.
◆One child under elementary school age can enter for free, but for two or more children, a child rate will be charged according to the number of children.
For groups of 2 or 3, the price is for one elementary school student. For groups of 4 or 5, the price is for two elementary school students. Thank you for your understanding.

<About clothing and belongings>
We recommend wearing shoes that are easy to put on and take off.
It's useful to have something to wear over your clothes or a lap blanket.

  • The scheduled departure times for shared boats are fixed. If you cannot make it, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • As this is a rowboat, the trip will be cancelled in bad weather.

  • Please use the restroom before boarding.

  • Please follow the boatman's instructions while on board.

  • When departing or entering the port, please keep your hands outside the boat (as there are stakes and other boats).

  • Do not stand up until it has come to a complete stop.

  • We may refuse boarding to those who have consumed too much alcohol or are deemed to be a nuisance to others.

  • If you experience any sudden changes in your health during the boat ride, please inform the boatman. (He will come to pick you up at the nearest boat dock.)

  • We appreciate your cooperation so that our customers can have a good time.

  • We provide life jackets for all passengers.

  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
