- All additional usage fees within Cimer, excluding the purchase of an admission ticket, can be paid using the locker key, and the total amount will be settled upon exit.
- The water slide is available only to customers 130cm or taller.
- The outdoor swimming pool may be closed in case of bad weather conditions.
- Use of some facilities may be restricted during the rental event.
- Customers who have purchased a JJIMJIL SPA pass may have restrictions on using the Food Plaza and Sports Bar X as usage areas are separated by floor.

Due to the limited number of lockers, there may be waiting times for entry or item storage/retrieval during peak seasons, holidays, weekends, and public holidays. In the event of entry restrictions, entry will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
You must use the shoe locker within 10 minutes of passing through the ticket office, and it will be automatically locked if not in use.
Entry to the AQUA SPA ZONE is permitted only when wearing swimwear, and entry to the JJIMJIL SPA ZONE is permitted only when wearing indoor-only attire.
If you have tattoos, please cover them before using public spaces.
Children under 130cm in height are restricted from using the water slide and must be accompanied by a guardian.
Use of the facility may be restricted if you have a cold, symptoms of systemic inflammation, or skin wounds.
You cannot use the swimming pool within 30 minutes of eating.
For safety and hygiene, the use of tubes and life-saving devices is prohibited in the AQUA SPA area, and smoking and the use of aroma oils are forbidden.
The bringing in of electronic devices, such as mobile phones, is restricted, and they are specifically prohibited within the AQUA SPA area.
Outside food is not allowed inside Cimer.
Operating hours may vary depending on site conditions and the season.

- Please present your reservation confirmation (name and mobile phone number) to a self-service ticket machine or a staff member to print your admission ticket.
- Please locate the shoe locker matching the number on your personal key tag and store your shoes there. You must use the shoe locker within 10 minutes of ticket issuance; it will be automatically locked after this time.
- Please proceed to the changing room with the shoe locker key in your possession.
- Please store your clothes and personal belongings in the locker with the same number as your shoe locker, take a quick shower, and then enter the SPA area.
