- Boats are equipped with a canopy for shade and wet weather. However, it is recommend bringing a hat and or poncho depending on weather as the sides are not covered and sun/water can come in from the angle

The tour operates in light rain. If heavy rain, wind, or thunderstorms make the experience unviable, the tour operator will contact you one or two days in advance to reschedule or offer a land-based tour or a refund
Oyster type and provenance is subject to availability. When oysters from local waterways are not available, oysters may be sourced from another oyster farm
A 100% fee will apply for no-shows
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
