It is characterized by its delicate meat quality and refined sweetness that defies common sense when it comes to pork. "Hirata Farm Sangen Pork" is Hirata Farm's unique Sangen pork, which is fed Japanese rice and raised healthily in an open piggery. It is characterized by its high-quality fat that melts on the tip of your tongue.

In order to increase domestic self-sufficiency and revitalize Japanese agriculture, Hirata Farm is working on the "Feed Rice Project," an attempt at environmentally friendly agriculture. Aiming to improve domestic self-sufficiency through recycling, this project aims for stable production and distribution through environmentally friendly livestock management that incorporates recycling and organic farming.
The pork cutlet is made with Jinhua pork, also known as the "phantom pork." Enjoy the thick cutlet with seaweed salt, which brings out the exquisite sweetness.
