This restaurant offers authentic Italian cuisine centered around Hokkaido ingredients, along with charcoal-grilled dishes and cheeses from around the world. We feature wines selected by our senior sommelier, perfect pairings of food and wine, charcoal-grilled dishes, and 13 kinds of cheeses from around the globe. Each item is carefully chosen with meticulous attention to detail. Whether you're just looking for a drink or a full meal, feel free to drop by. Please visit us when you're in Sapporo. You can enjoy seasonal pastas, risottos, classic pizzas, and more, including Brio's most popular lasagna, and drinks include wine, sparkling wine, beer, and other alcoholic beverages for 380 yen. We also offer a set that includes lasagna, salad, dessert, and drink, so you can enjoy a leisurely lunch.
Our popular lamb chops, spare ribs, and Biratori wagyu beef are grilled over charcoal and served. We also have a variety of other dishes, such as pizza and charcoal-grilled Biratori wagyu beef Bolognese made with special fresh pasta made with whole wheat flour, and you can enjoy cheese directly sourced from five factories across Hokkaido. You can also pour raclette cheese over the food that has been grilled right in front of you.
We offer a variety of bottled wines from various regions, Italian beer "Moretti", cocktails using Campari, Aperol, and Amaretto, and we also have homemade sangria made with various fruits, so you can enjoy just a drink, making it perfect for after-parties or parties. We also have a happy hour from 11:00 to 17:00, where you can enjoy beer, wine, and more for 380 yen.
We have counter seats so you can feel free to come alone, and we also have table seats that can be used for girls' nights out or drinking with friends, so you can use it for a variety of occasions.
Purchase Notice
- A cancellation fee of 4,000 yen (tax included) will be charged per person for cancellations without prior notice or after the seating time. For course meals, cancellations must be made the day before. If you cancel on the day, 100% of the course fee will be charged. If the restaurant is busy, your seating time may be limited to two hours. We ask for your understanding.
- Restaurant service charge (charged separately at the time of payment for in-store dining): Seat fee 385 yen (tax included) *The above information is for reference only. Local rates will take precedence over actual rates.
- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to show up, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, the following fees will be charged to you (the actual fee will be determined by the information on the certificate provided after booking): If you cancel this reservation, the following fees will be charged: Cancellation on the day (without notice): 4,000 yen (per person)

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Notwithstanding anything contained in KKday's Terms of Use, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will do its best to assist you, but please note that we cannot take any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
