The recommended "Shinsuke Gyoza" is large and very satisfying. It is a proud product that was created by independently researching the golden ratio of meat and vegetables, and the thickness of the skin is adjusted to the millimeter. It has a strong flavor, so try it as it is! Enjoy the crispy texture of freshly baked. There are also plenty of authentic single dishes, such as "red meat sashimi" from a horse meat specialty store with its own factory, and "honki no ramen" from "Takeroku Ramen" located in Nakano, Tokyo. It can also be enjoyed as a final dish.
Hakata specialty "Guru Guru Chicken Skin Skewers" with an addictive sweet and spicy sauce. Each skewer is carefully prepared and grilled to perfection, leaving the inside soft and crispy on the outside. Please enjoy it as a single item or as a course meal. We also have a variety of great value banquet plans available. Our recommendation is the "Akane Course" for 2,500 yen, which offers a luxurious meal including our specialty dishes and our proud Fukuoka gourmet food. Please contact us at least one week (7 business days) in advance if you wish to change the number of people in your reservation. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
