No refund will be given if a guest is unable to participate on the day of departure due to personal reasons; failure to board the bus at the designated time on the day of departure will be considered a voluntary abandonment. Thank you for your understanding.

Passengers traveling by air on the day of their trip are advised to allow two hours of free time before their flight. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by traffic conditions preventing passengers from boarding their flights on the day of their trip.
