A restaurant where you can casually enjoy the authentic taste of A5-rank female Kuroge Wagyu beef and offal. We take pride in our handmade sauces and original salt and pepper blend. A yakiniku restaurant with the best cost performance. Also, Gorichan's rice is supervised by a five-star rice meister, providing the highest quality rice prepared with our unique method. With energetic and friendly service in a comfortable, casual atmosphere, we are open and ready to serve you until 7:00 AM! All of our staff look forward to welcoming you.
The salted tongue is seasoned with Gori-chan's special original salt, pepper and sesame oil. Because we use carefully selected cuts, it can be enjoyed with lemon juice or just as is! Tongue no Mori uses plenty of green onions and shiso leaves. We use a generous amount of special ponzu sauce made by a long-established puffer fish restaurant to season it. We recommend rolling it up with salted tongue and eating it! It also goes well with a variety of other meats and other dishes.
If you want to surprise someone for a birthday or other celebration, please let us know in advance. We will prepare the cake you bring in at the organizer's timing. *Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you on busy days such as Sundays, so please check in advance.
