We also offer the 'Natural Torafuku Course'‼️ Please enjoy pufferfish in Shimonoseki, the home of the dish. Reservations for the Torafuku course must be made at least 3 days in advance. Please note that reservations for pufferfish courses and individual pufferfish sashimi dishes during the New Year holidays may not be accepted depending on availability. Although it is generally called "fugu," in Shimonoseki and western Japan, it is called "fuku" without any ambiguity. This is because there are various theories that "fugu" is associated with "misfortune" and "fuku" is associated with "fortune." Our restaurant is near Haedoma Market, which handles the largest amount of fugu in the world. Fresh and delicious fugu that was raised in the natural ocean without stress is lovingly prepared one by one by Shimonoseki fugu craftsmen, and served in the best cooking method according to the quality of the meat.
Enjoy fresh fugu delivered directly from Haedori Market in the form of fugu sashimi, fried fugu, shabu-shabu, etc. We also recommend uguisu (Japanese bush warbler) which is said to be good for health and beauty and is rich in collagen.
We also have a spacious tatami room that can be used for banquets of 20 to 30 people. For those who wish to dine in a more relaxed atmosphere, we also have private room seats, so please feel free to relax and enjoy your meal.

- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to show up, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure, otherwise we will charge you the following fees (the actual fees will be governed by the information on the certificate after booking): We do not have a cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
