Among the many Hakata Mizutaki restaurants, this specialty shop boasts enduring popularity for its authentic taste and quality ingredients. Our pride is the cloudy white soup, carefully prepared in-house every day. The Mizutaki, featuring fresh chicken enjoyed with our signature special ponzu sauce and yuzu pepper, is exquisite. Inside the restaurant, we have seats where you can enjoy your meal while gazing at the night view of Nakasu reflected in the Naka River. Counter seats, table seats, and private rooms with sunken kotatsu seating are available.
There are a total of five private rooms in the restaurant, including the "Flower Room." Each room can be expanded, creating an atmosphere suitable for entertaining important people. It is popular for its relaxing dining, so please make your reservation early.
There are 8 counter seats in total and 4 table seats.
"Hanamidori" is a brand of chicken raised in our own chicken coop in northern Kyushu, exposed to plenty of sunlight, and with special attention paid to even the feed. You can enjoy the deliciousness of chicken meat in our "Hakata Mizutaki".

- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Notwithstanding anything contained in KKday's Terms of Use, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will do its best to assist you, but please note that we cannot take any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
