Motsunabe Ichifuji Tenjin Nishidori Branch is a motsunabe specialty restaurant located just a 5-minute walk from Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station. Their secret motsunabe miso flavor has been handcrafted in their own factory in the same way since the restaurant opened, resulting in an addictive blend of exquisite miso. The light soy sauce flavor, made with their special dashi stock, perfectly complements the large Wagyu beef offal. Their signature dishes include Hakata's famous sesame amberjack, "pure domestic" horse sashimi from Kumamoto, and the extremely rare "horse liver." If you're visiting Hakata, be sure to try their Hakata motsunabe at Motsunabe Ichifuji.
The secret to the popularity of Ichifuji's motsunabe is the large pearl-like offal and rich miso! The beef used is rich and fatty, so it melts in your mouth. Ichifuji's motsunabe takes about 15 to 20 minutes to be prepared after ordering. This is because it is carefully prepared in the following order: "Dashi ⇒ Vegetables ⇒ Offal ⇒ Miso", and this is also the secret to its deliciousness.
All courses come with our signature motsunabe hotpot, as well as horse sashimi delivered directly from Kumamoto. We use the finest marbled horse sashimi, vinegared offal made from precious parts of the cow that can only be taken in 300g, Hakata cod roe, and sesame amberjack. *We are fully booked on weekends and before consecutive holidays, so we recommend that you make your reservation early.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
