Our concept is 'May your tomorrow be more beautiful than today...' We offer a new bowl that fuses the Korean traditional dish of Samgyetang with the Japanese culture of umami. By combining medicinal ingredients like ginseng with dashi carefully extracted from kelp and dried shiitake mushrooms, along with a rich paitan soup simmered for 8 hours, we have achieved a deep, savory flavor. It is gentle on the body, rich yet light on the palate. This beauty food is also recommended for combating summer fatigue, warming the body, and supporting gut health. Please enjoy this unique, evolved Samgyetang that can only be experienced in Omotesando.
We only offer "Rich Samgyetang" with six kinds of side dishes. We are particular about the seasoning. We blended broth from whole chicken simmered until tender, along with several medicinal ingredients including Korean ginseng, and rich chicken broth that has been simmered for 8 hours. Samgyetang allows you to enjoy chicken meat so tender that it falls apart with a spoon and soup full of richness and flavor, making it a luxurious dish where the flavors of the ingredients are intricately intertwined. Our restaurant is like a hideaway, nestled in a quiet residential area in Omotesando. The space, which was art directed by photographer Uemura Masa, has a high ceiling that gives it an open and stylish atmosphere. We also sell artwork, including photographs, in the restaurant! We only have open counter seats, so you can enjoy watching the cooking process. We can also accommodate private parties of 8 to 13 people, so you can use it for various parties such as girls' nights and birthday parties.
We offer three types of medicinal tea based on roasted green tea, brown rice tea, and Japanese black tea, carefully crafted by our medicinal tea specialist. Choose from cold or hot, served in cute, photogenic bottles. We also have a wide selection of alcoholic drinks. Our smooth-tasting butter beer from Boulangerie Beurre comes in four flavors: vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, and almond. We also have rare Korean alcoholic drinks and wines carefully selected by our sommelier.
Purchase Notice
- Please order samgyetang for the number of people in your reservation. During busy periods, there is a one-hour time limit. If you wish to change your reservation time or the number of people on the day of your reservation, please call us. *The above information is for reference only. Actual prices will be determined by local rates.
- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to come to the store, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, you will be charged the following fees (the actual fee will be based on the information on your reservation confirmation): If you wish to cancel on the day of your appointment, please be sure to contact the store by phone. For last-minute cancellations (from 2 hours before your scheduled arrival time), a cancellation fee of 3,000 yen per person will be charged.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Notwithstanding anything contained in KKday's Terms of Use, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will do its best to assist you, but please note that we cannot take any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
