Tucked away beyond the bustling tourist spots of Ueno, in a corner of Okachimachi filled with downtown charm, lies 'Yakiniku Goo Hanare.' We overturn the concept of yakiniku with unconventional ideas, drawing out the personality of the meat. We transform carefully selected, premium Wagyu beef into supreme dishes. Our highly acclaimed offal is meticulously prepared and seasoned, melting the moment it hits your mouth. Its deliciousness is a testament to its freshness and the care put into its preparation.
Our specialty "Red Cliff" is extremely popular on TV and social media. It is a dish that uses a 200g chunk of high-quality meat that is grilled and finished with a flambé. Enjoy it with plenty of our special garlic butter sauce made just for Red Cliff. The pleasure of chewing meat is right here. *Reservations on the day are required.
This thickly sliced, luxurious dish is made using only one serving of black wagyu beef tongue, and is stuffed with a generous amount of our special green onion salt. Once grilled, you can enjoy it with a dash of lemon. The juicy sweetness of the wagyu beef tongue and the sweetness of the green onions will spread in your mouth, allowing you to enjoy the double taste. *Limited to one serving per two people. *Reservations must be made the day before.
Go's original flambé meat chunk - Red Cliff - has been further developed, with mashed potatoes wrapped in sliced, juicy lean meat after grilling. To finish, pour a special sauce over the top and it's complete. By mixing in egg yolk, it shows two different faces, so you can enjoy it. *This item must be reserved the day before.
The restaurant is about a 5-minute walk from Okachimachi Station and has private rooms and table seating, where you can enjoy your meal surrounded by a warm and hospitable atmosphere. We would be happy to serve you our meat, whether you are with close friends, a girls' night out, or entertaining business associates.

- ・During busy periods, we may implement a time limit. ・For items that require reservations or are limited in quantity, such as Go's Red Cliff, Thick-cut Premium Beef Tongue with Salt, and Premium Skirt Steak, please order them when making your reservation. ・If you need to cancel, change the number of people, or change the time, please contact us by 5 PM on the day of your reservation. ・If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation without prior notice, we will release you from your reservation.
