Our main dish! A rich, golden, clear soup that has been carefully simmered, and made with a whole, carefully selected, fresh, raw, domestic young chicken procured daily. This is an extremely delicious hot pot that brings out the full flavor of the chicken. Every day, we take our time to carefully prepare the dish, and do it as simply as possible, to bring out the natural flavor of the chicken to the fullest. This is a skillful technique that can only be achieved at a specialty restaurant, without being distracted by other cooking methods.
