Made with fresh snow crab. Our proud large xiaolongbao dumplings are filled with meat juice and the flavor of crab spreads in your mouth. Please enjoy with beer, red wine, Shaoxing wine, and especially sparkling wine.
Chef Yuasa, who served as head chef at a shark fin specialty restaurant for many years, painstakingly creates a rich, melting soup. The ala carte shark fin is made from the thickest and rarest part of the shark, which is rich in fiber and collagen and can only be caught in one piece per fish. Please enjoy it when you visit our restaurant.
Located on the 59th floor of Ikebukuro Sunshine, this famous restaurant is counted among the "Top 3 Xiaolongbao in the World." The signature dish is "Crab Meat Xiaolongbao." It is so big that you can't fill it up in one bite, and it has a deep flavor but is not heavy. Once you try it, you will be hooked. We also offer a wide variety of course meals for dinner and lunch, focusing on various kinds of Xiaolongbao. Enjoy delicious Shanghai cuisine with the night view from the 59th floor.
