- Each person is entitled to bring one piece of luggage for free, with no size limit (please inform us in advance when booking; if not notified, the driver/guide reserves the right to refuse boarding if the vehicle is crowded, and no refund will be provided). For extra luggage, a fee of 2000 JPY per piece will be charged on-site.
- Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge; children aged 3 and above are charged as adults. If you fail to notify us of a child not occupying a seat, we reserve the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided.
