In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 21:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

In case of bad weather or force majeure natural factors on the day of departure, the captain has the right to change the route and destination.
If the flight is suspended due to bad weather or force majeure, we will notify you before 21:00 the day before and a full refund will be issued.
This ticket can only be used on the same day. If you are late or delayed due to personal reasons, you will be deemed to have automatically given up and no refund will be requested.
Passengers who are prone to seasickness are advised to take seasickness medicine 30 minutes before boarding the ship.
For safety reasons, please do not stay on the same side of the boat when taking photos to avoid imbalance of the boat and possible danger.

- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
