The departure time is the train departure time. Please be sure to arrive on time.
We cannot accommodate requests to change the contents of your meal, except in cases where there is a risk to your physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations.
If you do not consume the meal, the cost of the meal will not be refunded.
The child fare includes bus seat and facility usage fee (breakfast buffet only). Lunch, dinner, JR seat and bedding are not included.
If you are traveling with an infant, they will not be counted in the number of people for the room type. (For example, if you are traveling with "2 adults and 1 infant," please select a room for 2 people. If you are traveling with "2 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant," please select a room for 3 people.)
In principle, if you are traveling with an odd number of people, you will be seated together on the bus. Even if you are in the same group, you may be seated in front or behind the others.
Since there is a lot of walking involved in the sightseeing spots, we recommend that you wear comfortable shoes and clothes that are easy to move in.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Disebabkan perbezaan zon waktu, tarikh pembatalan yang disahkan adalah berdasarkan waktu tempatan pembekal.
