As you board the world's largest rotating tramcars, prepare to ascend from the scorching floor of the Sonoran Desert, with temperatures often reaching 120 degrees Fahrenheit (48°C), to the refreshing alpine air at 8,516 feet (2,838 meters). The ride offers breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains and Chino Canyon, passing through an arctic-alpine forest of towering Ponderosa pines.
Upon reaching the Mountain Station, explore its diverse facilities, including observation decks, a cocktail lounge, and dining options. Enjoy a short film detailing the tramway's construction before heading into the vast 14,000-acre (5,665-hectare) Mt. San Jacinto State Park and Wilderness Area. - Aerial Tramway distance is approximately 12,800 feet, with a vertical ascent of 5,873 feet - 15 minutes travel time one way
- The tramway is known as a double-reversible type of aerial tramway. Each car remains on one pair of track cables moving up and down without turning around. Each car serves as a counterbalance to the other, the descending car helps pull the ascending car up the mountain
- Please note that the exact arrangement in the aerial tramway will be determined by on-site staff based on the circumstances
- For guests’ safety and comfort, pets are not permitted on the aerial tramway or facilities, except the service dogs with appropriate accreditation presented on-site

- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to guests due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
