- Re-entry is not permitted. Please note that once you take the elevator down from the observation deck to the lower floors (ground level), you cannot return to the observation deck.
- Moving from Observation Floor 5F up to the rooftop terrace is only possible via stairs. For safety reasons, wheelchair access to the rooftop terrace is not available. Thank you for your understanding.

- Tickets are valid only on the date and time shown on the ticket.
- Waiting may be required during peak hours or under special circumstances.
- Each adult may bring one child aged 3–6 into the tower free of charge.
- Last entry at the 2F entrance is 22:30. The shop closes at 23:00; please leave the venue before then.
- This ticket does not use timed entry.
- Re-entry is not permitted.
[Kobe Maritime Museum / Kawasaki World]
- Please show your QR code to the staff at the Kobe Maritime Museum / Kawasaki World ticket counter; you can enter once it has been verified.
- No food is allowed inside the museum. Drinks may only be brought in if they are in covered containers such as water bottles or plastic bottles.
※ Please consume drinks in the designated areas inside the museum. - Re-entry is allowed on the day of your visit only. Please show your ticket when re-entering.
