After purchasing this plan, the supplier will contact you one month before the event date to discuss the ice cream delivery/pickup process and ice cream flavor selection.

There is no delivery service to remote areas such as outlying islands (Lantau Island, Cheung Chau).

There is no delivery on public holidays and Sundays.

Everyone entering the venue must purchase a ticket to enter.

Unless otherwise stated, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, coupons and special offers.

Single-entry tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-resaleable, and not redeemable for cash.

Each child must be accompanied by an adult (e.g., parent or guardian) aged 18 or above. Children without an adult will be denied entry.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, we recommend that you wear appropriate clothing when entering the venue.

Please do not bring the following into the venue: hazardous or toxic substances, food, alcoholic beverages, drinks and pets.

Guests should take good care of their personal belongings and avoid bringing any valuables into the venue.

The venue will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage within the venue.

Guests should keep the venue clean and hygienic and use all facilities with care. They should not cause any damage, otherwise they will be required to pay for the damage.

Parents or guardians are solely responsible for their children while on the premises.

The venue is not responsible for any injuries resulting from unsafe and improper use of equipment.

In case of inclement weather or special events, or as the situation requires, we may temporarily change business hours, close the venue or any part of it, limit the number of people allowed to enter and/or suspend or cancel any facilities to ensure safety and order.

The venue will adjust its business hours and policies based on actual conditions to ensure the safety and health of the public to the greatest extent possible.

Anyone who purchases a ticket and/or enters the venue agrees to abide by the Ticketing and Venue Rules. If the Supplier believes or suspects that anyone has violated or is about to violate these rules, the Supplier reserves the right to refuse to sell tickets to such person and/or deny such person admission or require such person to leave without compensation or refund. The Supplier shall be liable for all claims, losses, and damages of any kind arising from any violation of these rules by the Supplier. The Supplier reserves the right to change these rules at any time without prior notice.

No refunds or changes to the date will be accepted once the purchase is confirmed

In case of any disputes, the supplier and KKday reserve the right of final decision.
