  • Accessibility:No wheelchair and stroller accessible

  • Know in advance:The tickets and QR code for the audio guide will be emailed to you one day before your visit. For same-day reservations, tickets will be sent immediately. Please follow the instructions in the email

  • You'll meet your host near the main entrance of Topkapi Palace and he will bring you inside. Do not leave him. Without a guide, you can't enter the Harem

  • Topkapi Palace entry times are 9.30 am, 10 am, 10.30 am, 11 am, 11.30 am, 12 pm, 12.30 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm, except Tuesdays

  • Hagia Sophia is open daily from 9 am to 6 pm, Fridays only from 2 pm to 7 pm. Basilica Cistern is open daily from 9 am to 7 pm

  • Please note that restoration work is ongoing inside and outside Hagia Sophia

  • Remember to bring:If you're travelling with children under 7 years old, please bring their passport
