Upon arrival at the meeting point, an English-speaking coordinator will provide you with your tickets. Once you enter the museum, a certified guide will be waiting for you to start the tour in your language.

Visit both Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau to acquire a proper sense of the place that has become the symbol of the Holocaust as well as Nazi crimes against Poles, Romas, and other groups.

Learn more about this UNESCO World Heritage Site as you visit the remaining prison blocks, gas chambers, crematoria buildings, and the remains of the railway ramp in Birkenau, where the prisoners were transported.

  • Accessibility:Not suitable for people with a disability due to the gravel surface and many buildings with no ramps or lifts. People with a disability must be accompanied

  • Not allowed:Baby carriages and luggage larger than 30 x 20 x 10 cm are not permitted inside the museum

  • Know in advance:The tour is not recommended for children aged 13 and under

  • All participants must provide their full name and contact details at the time of booking. Please ensure that the name on your ID exactly matches the name provided at the booking to avoid issues at the entrance. If you can not provide names for every participant during the booking process you are required to send those details to the local operator after confirming the reservation. You can find the contact details on your voucher after booking

  • The museum can change your visit time, so your pickup time may change accordingly. You will receive final confirmation via email 1–2 days before the tour. Due to the extremely high visitors’ volume and internal policies, Auschwitz-Birkenau reserves the right to cancel tours or guides at any time, even a few days or hours before the visit. If this happens, you will be informed and if possible, offered an alternative date or program

  • All visitors are required to pass through security checks before entering the museum grounds

  • Remember to bring:Your valid ID

  • The break is only up to 10 minutes, please bring your own lunch
