Pregnant women and those who have been drinking alcohol will not be allowed to participate. Please keep your valuables with you. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage of valuables.

If you do not follow the rules or instructions of the management staff, you may be asked to leave. In that case, the experience fee will not be refunded.

If property is intentionally damaged or broken, we may charge you for the cost of repairs or restoration.

Please bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and marine boots (sandals). The sun is strong in Okinawa, so if you have a rash guard, we recommend wearing it.

There are no lockers, but we can store your valuables for you if you wish.

There are changing rooms. However, to save time, please wear a swimsuit under your clothes before participating. The changing rooms are located in a hot water shower facility (300 yen) run by another company.

Marine sports are easily affected by the natural environment, so depending on the ocean conditions on the day (tides, wind strength, etc.), the contents of the activity may be changed or canceled. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible, so please be aware of this in advance.
