- About Plans A to C Participants are from 6 years old. Participants over 65 years old need a doctor's certificate. ( https://www.tms-news.jp/download/#snorkeling )
- About Plan E Children aged 6 and over can participate. Those aged 65 and over will need a doctor's certificate. ( https://www.tms-news.jp/download/#snorkeling )
- The guide will lead the way in searching for sea turtles, but as they are wild animals, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to see them. Please note that we may not be able to reach the areas where sea turtles live depending on ocean conditions. (In such cases, we will contact you by the day before.)
- About the P Plan Children aged 6 and over can participate. Those aged 65 and over and those weighing less than 20kg cannot participate.
- If the shuttle bus is full, the shuttle service may not be available.
- Please choose from the following marine sports: banana boat, marine jet, monster tube, U-tube, and marble. *Marine sports may be subject to change.

We offer a pick-up service within Naha city, with the pick-up location to be specified. If you wish to use this service, please contact us in advance using the "Message" function. Kindly note that if you fail to contact us, the meeting point will be Miegusuku Port.
Please note that the local guide will only be able to speak Japanese.
Manuals are available in Japanese, English, Chinese (Traditional), and Korean.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
If you are bringing toddler on board, please note that the boat may rock and sway, so we ask that parents make reservations at their own discretion.
Depending on ocean conditions, we may refuse participation to toddler and people aged 65 and older.
For safety reasons, we strictly prohibit "skin diving”. Life jackets must be worn when entering the water.
For safety reasons, pregnant women, people with epilepsy, circulatory or respiratory diseases, those who have consumed alcohol, or those who are hungover cannot participate.

- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
