Purchase Notice
● This product can only accommodate one child aged 4-6 years old with a child safety seat. All other passengers must be 7 years old or older. If you have a child aged 4-6 years old, you must inform us before departure, otherwise you will not be able to travel and no refund will be given.
● When booking, please provide your LINE (must be a QR code)/WhatsApp/Wechat account so that our Chinese customer service can contact you 3-7 days before departure to confirm your itinerary.
● Service time will be calculated from the agreed pick-up time and drop-off time (overtime will be charged at AUD20 per half hour, which is only the tour guide's overtime fee and there are no additional charges).
● We strongly recommend that travelers purchase private travel insurance. In the event that a guest is unable to participate in the trip due to force majeure on the guest's part, the cancellation policy will apply, and YOYO TRAVEL will not provide any additional refunds.
● If travelers have their own itinerary or are changing their itinerary, please prepare a complete itinerary and communicate with the traveler before departure. The price shown for "This product is not a customized tour" does not include the service of designing an itinerary for travelers.
● The product includes the following costs: passenger vehicle, driver, fuel, service fee, and GST (local tax).
● The product does not include the following: meals, admission tickets to all attractions, and any items not mentioned in the inclusions.

● In the event of any dispute, our company reserves the right to make the final decision. This is to ensure that the travel agency has the right to handle any possible disputes and problems in order to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.

- Cancellations 22 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–21 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
