- Transportation adjusted by group size: For small groups, the driver also serves as the tour leader, providing Chinese and Japanese support. For travelers speaking other languages, communication may rely on translation apps; no additional foreign-language tour leader or translator will be provided.
- Odd-numbered groups may need to share bus seats.
- Children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat (please bring a passport for age verification) can join the tour for free. One adult may bring one free child under 3.
- For travelers choosing a foreign language, communication may rely on translation apps; no additional foreign-language tour leader or translator is provided.
- A tour leader will meet you at the starting point, provide foreign-language materials, and inform you of important details such as meeting times and locations in your chosen language. Sightseeing explanations are not included in the tour leader’s duties.
- Leaving the group early or mid-tour is not allowed. If a traveler leaves mid-tour, it will be considered abandonment of the remaining itinerary, and no refunds will be issued.
Reminders
The size of the car used in the one-day tour may be adjusted depending on the number of people or conditions on the day, so please be informed.
If you are carrying large luggage (only one piece per person) and stroller, please indicate it in the remarks column.
Infants aged 0 to 3 years old can participate in the trip for free if they do not occupy a seat. If you are traveling with someone, please let us know in the "Remarks" column.
Restricted by Japanese law, only licensed tour guides can introduce itineraries and attractions. Therefore, the tour leader of this itinerary can only provide an explanation of the activity process and precautions. The introduction of each tourist attraction will state the travel information provided on the day of departure.
People with reduced mobility and wheelchair users can participate, but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
In the event of bad weather such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., if the trip will be canceled, we will notify you via email before 6:00 PM the day before the trip and arrange for you to reschedule or give you a full refund.
Please take the initiative to show the name and number on the voucher to assist the staff for confirmation on the day.
Please arrive at the departure point 10 minutes in advance and wait for the staff to avoid missing the boarding time. The bus will leave as soon as the time is up. No waiting will be done after the time limit.
Staff will greet you at the boarding location holding an "OrengeBus" sign.
If you are late or unavailable due to personal reasons on the day, and do not participate in the itinerary, it will be regarded as giving up and no refund will be given. Please note that.
All buses have reserved seats, and the seat allocation will be announced on the day, and seats will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
