Important Note: To participate in the tour, all drivers must hold one of the following valid documents:
① International Driver's License ② Status of Forces in Japan Driver's License ③ Japanese Driver's License * Guests will be subject to an alcohol test before the driving tour. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol or intoxicated, you may not be able to participate in the tour. Please be careful when you come.
・Reservation restrictions *Driving in Japan is prohibited for some countries, such as Indonesia, Pakistan, and Qatar. When making a reservation, please check whether your country issues international driving licenses under the 1949 Convention.
*Foreign International Driver's License: A hard copy issued by a local government in the country of origin (Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Estonia, or Monaco) accompanied by a Japanese translation by an accredited institution is required to drive in Japan.
*To drive in Japan, you need an International Driver's Permit under a 1949 treaty to legally drive on Japanese roads.
*Travellers must present a hard copy of an international driver's license valid in Japan on the day of the activity, otherwise the activity will be canceled and no refunds will be given.
*Please note that we cannot provide refunds even if you are unable to use the service on the day due to regulations regarding international driver's licenses (such as license requirements in member countries of the Geneva Convention).
If you are unsure, please check your license at the store in advance.
<Caution>
In accordance with Japanese law, the driver's license must be issued in a country or region that is a party to the Geneva Convention (https://www.keishicho.metro.tokyo.lg.jp/menkyo/menkyo/kokugai/kokugai04.html) and must be in the format specified by the Convention (*). Customers who do not have such a license cannot use this product.
*Depending on the country or region, even if it is a member of the Geneva Convention, the license may be issued in a format based on the Vienna Convention. In this case, the license does not fall under the "prescribed format" above (you will not be able to drive).
Please note that if you hold a driver's license from Taiwan, Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium or Monaco, you will need to attach a Japanese translation prepared by the license issuing agency in that country or region, or by an embassy or consulate in Japan.
Please note that there are also restrictions on the validity period, such as the period starting from the date of arrival in Japan (international driver's licenses are valid for one year from the date of issue) or the validity period of the license itself, whichever is shorter.
Driving on public roads without a valid license is a criminal offense and subject to penalties.

Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows (unauthorized cancellations).
Please arrive on time as you will need to have your driver's license verified before participating.
If canceled due to inclement weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
If the tour is canceled midway due to rain after the tour has started, please understand that we cannot refund the tour fee.
