- In the instance where the weather is not ideal later in the day, or our minimum pax count of 10 passengers is not met, customers must reschedule to another tour or be refunded. Sales tax may apply to all optional purchases. Tour inclusions can be subject to change.
- Whales are often spotted and viewed from the boat; however, there is no 100% guarantee of an encounter.
- Strollers and wheelchairs are not allowed on trolleys and boats.
- Infants (0–2) must be held; no onboard facilities or childcare provided.
- Shoes must be removed during the boat ride.
- Sales tax may apply to all optional purchases.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
