Enjoy a private transfer without the need to share with others, ensuring a stress-free journey to your destination. All vehicles are legally licensed 'green plate' cars in Japan, and drivers have over 3 years of driving experience. Drivers can communicate in Japanese and/or Chinese, so there is no need to worry about language barriers! 

 Departure Point: Any designated location within the 23 Wards of Tokyo. Driver Language: Chinese / Japanese.

Purchase Notice

  • The total distance traveled by a chartered car is limited to within 300 kilometers. If it exceeds the limit, an additional fee will be charged. The car dealer will determine the amount of the additional fee based on the itinerary provided by the passenger.
  • Please provide the pick-up and drop-off locations and addresses when placing your order.
  • When placing an order, please provide the planned chartered itinerary in the remarks. If it is judged that the itinerary cannot be arranged or does not meet the specifications, we will negotiate with you to change the itinerary or cancel the order.
  • When placing an order, please fill in the number of all luggage. If the number of luggage and the number of people cannot be carried by professional judgment, we will negotiate with you to change the car model or cancel the order. If the actual number of luggage on site does not match the number filled in when ordering, and it cannot be carried on site. , the driver has the right to refuse the pick-up and no refund will be given, please know.
  • If there is no plan that matches the itinerary or you are not sure whether it can be arranged, please contact customer service for project processing and quotation.
  • Please be sure to leave information that can contact you at the scene. If you leave a mobile phone number, please make sure it can be answered in Japan. If you leave a communication software, please make sure there is a network and turn on the non-friend message setting. If you cannot be contacted, you will not be able to cancel. Please inform us of payment or changes. Japanese law stipulates that all children under 6 years old need to use child safety seats (children must occupy 1-1.5 seats). Please inform the number of child safety seats in advance. One safety seat will be provided free of charge. The second child and above will be provided for each child safety seat. There is an additional charge of 2,000 yen, please pay to the driver before getting on the bus, please know.
  • If the chartered car exceeds the time limit, an additional 2,000 yen/per 30 minutes will be charged. Please pay it to the driver before getting off the bus. The time is based on the scheduled boarding time and the time of getting off at the end of the trip.
  • Late night charter (22:00-6:00) requires an additional charge of 2,500 yen/per 30 minutes. Please pay to the driver before getting on the bus. The time is based on the scheduled boarding time and the time of getting off at the end of the trip.
  • Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving the ID, please turn on the add friend setting so that local Japanese staff can contact you in time).
  • If you have a lot of luggage or larger luggage, it is recommended that you book a suitable car model so that it can carry all the luggage. Additional expenses incurred due to failure to comply with the reasonable number of passengers and the amount of luggage recommended by the vehicle model must be borne by the passenger.

Surcharge(s)

Overtime fees for private charter car

¥2500 per 30 minutes. Please pay the driver before getting off. The time is based on the scheduled pick-up time and the time you get off at the end of the trip.

Nighttime private charter car(22:00 - 6:00) surcharge.

3000 yen per 30 minutes. Please pay the driver before boarding. The time is based on the scheduled pick-up time and the time you get off at the end of the trip.

Reminders

  • Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WeChat ID when ordering (after leaving your ID, please enable the "add friend" setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you promptly).

  • Please keep your valuables and fragile items safe. We will not provide compensation for any damage.

  • Please fasten your seatbelt for safety. Furthermore, according to Japanese law, children under the age of 6 must use a child safety seat.

  • Please arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled pick-up time. If the itinerary cannot be arranged or does not meet our requirements, we will discuss with you changes to the itinerary or cancellation of your order.

  • Any additional charges will be paid to the driver on-site.

  • Please be sure to provide information that allows you to be contacted on-site, such as a mobile phone number that can be received in Japan; if using messaging apps, please ensure you have internet access and that receiving messages from non-friends is enabled. If we are unable to contact you, we will be unable to provide a refund or make any changes. Please be aware of this.

  • If, based on professional assessment, the number of luggage and passengers is insufficient to accommodate the vehicle, we will discuss with you a different vehicle type or cancellation of the order. If the actual number of luggage on-site does not match the quantity entered during booking and the site cannot accommodate the luggage, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off, and no refund will be issued. Please be aware of this.

  • This product only provides private charter car transportation and does not include professional sightseeing tours. Travelers may ask the driver for advice during the trip, but the driver's responses and level of cooperation are not included in the service fee. Please understand this before booking.

  • To maintain a comfortable overall environment, please refrain from eating or drinking inside the carriages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this causes contamination.
