  • The driver will contact you via WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk, or other authorized means of communication the day before departure (between 12:00 and 18:00). Please remember to use the contact information you provided when booking. Since LINE IDs cannot be searched, please do not enter your LINE ID in the remarks section.
  • AQUAFIELD sauna SPA includes sauna attire. Please bring your own personal toiletries (such as toothbrush, toothpaste, facial cleanser, etc.), which can be purchased on-site if needed.
  • Children under 3 years old are free, but parking is not included. Seats are not provided for group bookings. For infants under 36 months, sauna suits and towels are not provided; please bring your own.
  • The ingredients and materials used in the Korean seaweed rice roll DIY experience will be provided according to the on-site arrangements.
  • Incheon Airport departure options: Please be sure to note the actual amount of luggage and all items that occupy space in the vehicle (such as strollers, wheelchairs, large luggage, etc.) when booking, so that a suitable vehicle can be arranged.
  • Luggage storage is not available for departures from downtown Seoul. Please do not bring large luggage on the trip.
