After placing an order, you need to confirm the room status and room rate again, which will be subject to the final confirmation of the supplier.

Each guest entering the park/dining must present one of the following three identity documents: ① Hong Kong/Macau Special Administrative Region Home Return Permit/ID Card (permanent or non-permanent residents)/Passport; ② "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" or Taiwan Resident Permit of the People's Republic of China; ③ Overseas national passport; for identification. If the guest fails to present the relevant documents, he/she will not be able to enter the park/dine normally, and the original ticket will not be refunded or changed.

Chimelong Hotel operates on a floating pricing mechanism, and room rates may be adjusted during holidays and promotional periods. The final room availability and price confirmed by the supplier after order submission shall prevail. In the event of price changes, guests should pay the difference within the specified period as notified. If the guest fails to complete the payment within the deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. If multiple payments are required due to price changes, and the payment is still not completed after two attempts, no third payment will be made, and the order will be cancelled directly. Guests who do not accept the payment arrangement may also choose to cancel their order.

The hotel requires that the name of the actual guest must be consistent with the name of the tourist provided when placing the order. Once the order is booked, no changes will be made (including passenger information)

The room can accommodate up to 4 people. If you need to purchase additional tickets/meals, please purchase them at the hotel front store. The fees are subject to on-site confirmation.

The number of Chimelong Shows will be increased or decreased according to actual operating conditions. If the show is full at 17:00 today, we will contact you.

Before entering the park, visitors must submit valid identity documents for verification at the entrance. Please prepare valid identity documents in advance (including ID card/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents/Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents/Residence Permit/Passport, etc.)

The standard tickets for Guangzhou Grand Circus, The Long Falls Show, and The Adventures of Kaka Tiger included in the package do not allow children under 3 years old or under 1.0 meters in height to enter the park for free on the day of the performance. Children's tickets in the package cannot be upgraded to standard tickets or other ticket types by paying the difference. Guests can explain the situation to the front desk staff at check-in and show relevant documents to purchase up to 2 additional multi-day tickets at the hotel front desk, and the total number of multi-day tickets purchased cannot exceed 4.

Visitors must undergo security checks before entering any of the Chimelong theme parks. It is strictly prohibited to bring controlled instruments, firearms and ammunition, flammable and explosive items, and food into the park.

Pets are not allowed into the park

Some facilities in the park have height restrictions, please be aware of this; please also refer to the opening hours, performance times and precautions of the corresponding theme park.

Visitors are requested to maintain a proper distance when visiting the park. At the park entrance, performance venues, amusement facilities and other areas, please queue, take seats according to the interval signs or accept the on-site arrangements and guidance of the staff.

We will try our best to arrange the room type you need according to the room availability, but we cannot guarantee the availability of the specified room type. If the room type you need is sold out, we will directly arrange other room types to avoid additional costs caused by price fluctuations. If you do not accept any room type change at all, please indicate it clearly in the remarks. Please note that once the order is placed, there is no refund or exchange.

If you need to order multiple rooms and the same package, it is recommended that you complete them in the same order. If you order different packages separately, some of the rooms in the order may be sold out, and the orders that have been successfully ordered will not be refunded or changed. If you have a group order number, you can indicate it in the order notes, but there is no guarantee that there are still vacancies. It will be subject to room availability. Any special requirements, such as adjacent rooms, can be indicated in the order notes. We will try our best to arrange it, but it cannot be guaranteed.
